the gameplay was good'

hello everyone! this is julianb reviewing his FIRST GAME (they call it submission but pfft)! ok, i liked the IDEA of it, but there was a lack of realism (ex. no blood when you cut the arm with the needle). but all in all, this was a good game. :)
